What is the core of motivation in Company Life?

Easiest is a good payment. But it has the limit of company's profit.

2nd Easiest is the employee's liberty level and well designed system.

Final level is making pride on all employees. It consists of history, symbol and strong leadership.
Final level is the most difficult part for HRers. It should be proceeded by C-level. So HRer have to make them move.
It is a kind of emotional politics not simple logic.

Therefore, HRers must have the pride of handling to the most difficult part among the management area.
